Alzheimer's isn't waiting, and neither are we. Cornerstone Retirement Partners is participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® and fundraising for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.

The 5k Walk Information 

The 5k Walk detailed information is listed below in the boxes. Registration for the walk is easy! Below is a button to click to Join Our Team this will take you to our Walk to End Alzheimer's page. Once you're on the Walk to End Alzheimer's- Cornerstone Retirement Partners Team page, click the button to join our team. Fill out the information as promoted and that's it! Once you join our team you can also help with our team's fundraising efforts! Contact your team captain to learn more on how.

October.9th, 2021 

Time Line

If you didn't register, you can register at the event starting at 9:00 AM

The ceremony begins at 10:00 AM. 

​

The Walk begins shortly after the ceremony, around 10:30 AM.

Get there early to check in with your team captain!

The walk is going to take place in downtown Grand Rapids at Ah-Nab-Awen Park.

Why are we supporting the Alzheimer's Association?

Alzheimer's and all other forms of dementia have affected our loved ones, our clients, and our client's loved ones. This organization has done an incredible job with its support and research is making a difference.

Fundraising Information

Every dollar advances the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association®.

Together, we can end Alzheimer's. The Alzheimer's Association is a nonprofit national organization that has dedicated itself to contributing to care, support, and research against this disease. 

OUR FUNDRAISER CALENDAR

We hosted a virtual Pet contest and raised $45 Dollars!

July

Tune into a virtual cooking class where Nancy Courser will be teaching you how to bake her famous cookies! And a dessert recipe e-book will be available!

September

Stop by our office building for a bake sale! All the goodies sales will go directly to the Alzheimer's Association!

Join our virtual Happy Purple Hour! Grab your favorite beverage and snack and tune it to our team captain discussing the Alzhimer's Association!

Our Team T-Shirts

We've created T-shirts for the upcoming walk! Anyone who donates $25 or more will receive a free T-shirt, sizes are limited. Put your donation in today! We hope to see you at our walk.

 If you would like to donate but do not want to donate online you are able to do so but need you to fill out the donation form listed below. Any check donations should be made out to the Alzheimer's Association. You can mail a check to the Alzheimer's Association, along with the donation form listed below. If you are unable to print this form we have copies printed out in the office and will be happy to mail this to the Alzheimer's Association for you!
